Job Summary: Work as a Junior HR Analyst, executing R&S processes, supporting development initiatives, monitoring performance evaluations, and participating in personnel administration and culture activities. Handling routine personnel administration tasks **Position**: Junior Human Resources Analyst Work Location: Ipiranga, São José, SC Employment Type: CLT **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00; Saturday, 08:00 to 12:00 Benefits: Meal allowance, mobility allowance, and attendance bonus. **Responsibilities:** Execute recruitment and selection processes (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding); Support the development of training and development programs; Monitor performance evaluations and individual development plans; Handle routine personnel administration tasks (time tracking, benefits administration, payroll); Participate in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures; Support organizational climate initiatives, internal communication, and corporate culture; Prepare HR reports and metrics (turnover, absenteeism, overtime, training). **Requirements:** Academic Qualification: Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields; **Prior Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of generalist HR experience, preferably in food industry environments. Resident with convenient access to the Ipiranga neighborhood, São José, SC Desired Technical Knowledge: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office suite (Excel is essential); Basic labor legislation knowledge; **Behavioral Competencies**: Clear and objective communication; Analytical ability and organizational skills; Proactivity and sense of urgency; Interpersonal relationship and teamwork; Discretion and professional ethics.
