We are seeking a **Construction Manager** to lead residential construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring technical excellence, schedule compliance, cost control, and field team development. **Your Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Plan, organize, execute, and monitor vertical residential construction projects; * Manage physical\-financial schedules, ensuring deadlines, costs, quality, and safety; * Control construction costs, budgets, and ABC curves; * Conduct critical project reviews and track revisions (“as-built”); * Generate procurement requests and contracts via Sienge, ensuring efficient supply and logistics; * Supervise quality, workplace safety, and environmental aspects on-site; * Lead technical teams and subcontractors, promoting performance and engagement; * Conduct construction meetings and align goals, deadlines, and priorities; * Prepare management reports and present results to leadership; * Interface with suppliers, clients, and financing agents (e.g., Caixa Econômica Federal); * Identify risks, bottlenecks, and deviations, proposing corrective actions; * Support technical training and contribute to continuous process improvement; * Assist in preparing the owner’s manual and managing handover procedures. **What We Expect From You** --------------------------- * Degree in Civil Engineering; * Solid experience in residential construction projects; * Experience in at least two complete project cycles; * Experience in projects under the “My House, My Life” (MCMV) program; * Strong proficiency in reading technical drawings, planning, and cost management; * Experience managing teams; * Familiarity with Sienge and Microsoft Office suite; * Availability for on-site work in the Greater Florianópolis region. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Knowledge of Prevision; * Experience with measurement processes and procedures involving Caixa Econômica Federal. **What We Offer** -------------------- * Discounts on SCIRE developments; * Méritus Program \- Performance-based bonus tied to project goals; * Workplace gymnastics; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * A culture that values meritocracy, transparency, and respect. **Work Location and Employment Model** --------------------------------- * Base location: Scire Solare Construction Site \- Blumenau/SC; * Employment type: PJ (Individual Contractor). **Ready to Build the Future With Us?** ----------------------------------------------- Submit your resume.
