Collections Negotiator – Morning and Afternoon Shifts **Location:** Campinas – São José/SC **Work Mode:** On-site **Hiring:** Immediate start Job Description Nexus is seeking professionals who are **communicative, proactive, and results-oriented**, and who enjoy **customer service, negotiation, and working with targets**. In this role, you will interact directly with customers, present negotiation options, and formalize agreements, contributing to credit recovery with **quality, clarity, and respect**. Key Responsibilities * Provide customer service via telephone and WhatsApp; * Conduct debt negotiations and formalize agreements; * Present clear and assertive payment proposals; * Record information and updates in internal systems; * Focus on targets, productivity, and service quality. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Basic computer literacy; * Good typing speed; * Comfort using computers and systems; * Availability to work on-site during one of the available shifts.
