Your main responsibilities will be: * Preparation and review of Quality System documents, such as SOPs, worksheets, logbooks, reports, and others; * Distribution and control of document copies; * Control of laboratory activity record worksheets; * Assistance in organizing the company's training plan; assist in data collection and analysis for quality reports; * Perform basic and operational tasks under direct supervision; * Assist in deviation investigations and development of corrective and preventive actions; * Participate in internal inspections and audits; * Liaise with suppliers for quotations of materials/utensils, services, and equipment; * Control equipment qualifications and calibrations; * Train new employees following company standards and regulations according to their job roles; * Assist in controlling waste disposal documentation; * Assist in process and cleaning validation studies; * Monitor metrological management services. **Work Schedule: Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM** **Location: Santo Antônio de Lisboa \- Florianópolis** Requirements: * Completed Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fields * Knowledge of regulatory legislation * Microsoft Office Suite * Google Drive Benefits: Performance Bonus R$120.00/month \- Paid via Flash Card; Meal/Voucher Allowance of R$30.00 per day (No 20% deduction); Fuel Allowance of R$200.00 per month or Transportation Voucher (No 6% deduction); Unimed Health Plan, effective after the sixth month (Monthly fee covered by the company); SESC Card (for you and your family to enjoy discounts on all SESC services nationwide); 50% discount at Cine Paradigma (companion also receives the same discount); Work at Corporate Park — a beautiful, well-planned facility fully integrated with nature; Birthday Gift Card via Flash Card to enjoy on your special day; Birthday Day Off to celebrate your special day.
