Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid-Level Project Analyst to develop and execute interior design projects, ensuring quality, innovation, and customer delight. Key Highlights: 1. Develop interior design projects aligned with Spotlar's standards and concepts 2. Monitor project progress and ensure delivery quality 3. Review and follow up on budget notebooks and technical revisions **Description** We are looking for a Mid-Level Project Analyst to join our team in Florianópolis/SC, working in a hybrid model (in-person three times per week), reporting directly to the Projects Supervisor. You will be responsible for creating and executing interior design projects aligned with Spotlar's standards and concepts, with a focus on innovation, quality, and customer delight. **Responsibilities and Duties** Develop interior design projects considering the Essential, Plus, and Prime standards, aligned with Spotlar's catalog and concept; Perform comparisons between proposals and systematize processes. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary; Ensure project quality and on-time delivery within defined timelines and scopes; Review and follow up on budget notebooks and technical revisions; **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning; Prior experience in similar roles; Proactivity and organization; Systemic and analytical thinking; Proficiency in tools: Microsoft Office Suite, SketchUp, Promob; Intermediate Excel skills; Attention to detail and data manipulation ability; Availability to work in person three times per week.
