Teamwork and courteous guest service **Location:** São José – SC (Serraria neighborhood) **Job Type:** Full-time / On-site **Schedule:** Rotating 6x1 shift (availability to work weekends and holidays) **Job Description:** **We are looking for a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team!** If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy providing comfort and well-being to guests, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Cleaning and preparing guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas; * Changing bed linens and bath towels; * Restocking supplies (soap, toilet paper, etc.); * Reporting maintenance needs to the responsible department; * Maintaining organization and good condition of equipment and service carts; * Providing courteous guest service when required. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Agility, responsibility, and discretion; * Good communication skills and ability to work in a team; * Availability to work weekends and holidays as per the rotating schedule.
