Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the sanitation of dishes and utensils, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, dining area, and office, and organizing waste disposal. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workplace. 2. Maintain hygiene of dishes and utensils. 3. Guarantee a pleasant environment for customers. **Main Responsibilities (What You Will Do)** * **Dish and Utensil Washing:** Wash plates, cutlery, glasses, pots, and kitchen utensils efficiently, ensuring proper sanitation (operation of dishwashers or manual washing). * **Kitchen Cleaning:** Keep kitchen floors, countertops, sinks, and sink-adjacent areas clean and organized. * **Dining Area and Office Cleaning:** Perform daily cleaning of the dining area, including sweeping and mopping, to ensure a pleasant environment for customers. * **Organization and Waste Management:** Collect garbage and sanitize trash bins.
