Ensure a sanitized and comfortable space GENERAL SERVICES POSITION – Darcy Vitória de Brito Shelter Darcy Vitória de Brito Shelter is seeking a General Services professional to join our team and contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children and adolescents facing social vulnerability. Here, every detail matters — including care for the spaces. Therefore, we seek someone who performs their duties with responsibility, attention, and, above all, empathy, understanding that well-maintained environments directly impact the well\-being and development of those in care. Work Location: Shelter Institution for Children and Adolescents, located in the central region of Florianópolis. About the Role: The professional will be responsible for cleaning and organizing internal and external areas of the institution, ensuring that children and adolescents live in a sanitized, comfortable, and welcoming space. Responsibilities: \- Perform cleaning and sanitization of shelter areas (classrooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, and administrative areas). \- Organize cleaning supplies and ensure proper use of equipment. \- Maintain routine space maintenance, guaranteeing a safe and pleasant environment. \- Assist with general tasks related to maintaining order and cleanliness. What We Seek: \- Sensitivity and empathy when working with children and adolescents facing social vulnerability. \- Commitment, responsibility, diligence, and punctuality. \- Organizational skills and attention to detail. \- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
