




Job Summary: We are seeking a Floating General Services Assistant to join our team, responsible for cleaning and organizing various stations, ensuring hygienic environments. Key Highlights: 1. Work efficiently, proactively, and meticulously, with good communication DESCRIPTION We are looking for a professional to join our team as a FLOATING GENERAL SERVICES ASSISTANT **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Perform cleaning of station premises (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming) using materials (disinfectants, wax, removers, etc.) and specific equipment (brooms, vacuum cleaners, etc.); Dust furniture to ensure cleanliness; Clean windows, glass doors, and doors using appropriate products and correct equipment; Empty trash bins, wash them, and prepare them for reuse; Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies (soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.), ensuring areas are clean and ready for use; Monitor cleaning supply consumption and request replenishment from the supervisor before supplies run out, ensuring no shortages at the workplace; Perform other tasks related to the position, as directed by the supervisor. **WHAT WE EXPECT:** Resilience Ability to work efficiently Organization (equipment) Good communication skills Proactivity Attention to detail (e.g., door marks, trash bins, dust, cobwebs…) Good teamwork skills **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Experience in cleaning services Residence near the work location **SCHEDULE:** FLOATING, COVERS ISLAND STATIONS MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 8:00 AM TO 5:00 PM; SATURDAY, 8:00 AM TO 12:00 PM (occasionally on Sundays) **SALARY AND BENEFITS:** **Salary:** R$ 1.653,63 + 20% hazard pay, totaling R$ 1.984,36 Attendance bonus of 7% (with no absences); Meal allowance of R$ 27.29 per day (1% deduction based on loaded amount); + R$ 150.00 bonus based on attendance Transportation voucher (6% deduction); After the probationary period (90 days), you will be eligible for partnerships with educational institutions, health insurance, and dental plans.
