Prerequisites: Completed elementary education (preferred) * Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant * Knowledge of good hygiene and food handling practices * Experience preparing seafood dishes * Ability to work in a team and under pressure * Agility, organization, and attention to house standards * Commitment to cleaning and organizing the kitchen at the end of each shift * Availability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays Location: Santo Antônio de Lisboa Restaurant Type: Bar and Restaurant Lisboa 48 Work Schedule: Rotating 6x1 schedule + the Sunday of the month. Shift duration: 7h20. Working Hours: 3:00 PM to 11:20 PM Compensation and Benefits: Commission on sales; On-site meal; Transportation allowance; Night shift premium; The company offers a salary commensurate with the role and opportunities for career growth.
