




Job Summary: Responsible for preparing risottos, pasta dishes, and side dishes, ensuring food quality and hygiene from preparation through final plating and kitchen organization. Key Highlights: 1. Production and preparation of risottos, pasta dishes, and side dishes with a focus on quality. 2. Participation in all stages of production, from mise en place to final plating. 3. Maintenance of kitchen hygiene and organization, and assistance in controlling ingredients. Preparation of risottos, pasta dishes, side dishes, and other menu items, ensuring quality, flavor, aroma, presentation, and food safety per the Chef's instructions. Performs all production stages, from mise en place to final plating, ensuring service efficiency and excellence. Cleans the kitchen, equipment, tableware, and utensils, maintaining established cleanliness and organization standards. Assists in requisitioning, inventory control, and storage of ingredients, ensuring proper ingredient usage. Performs other operational kitchen tasks, contributing to service efficiency and quality. Complies with food handling best practices and health surveillance regulations. Occasionally covers front-of-house duties during staff breaks.
