




Job Summary: A professional responsible for organizing and managing files, digitizing documents, assisting in materials and inventory control, and supporting administrative processes. Support in materials management and inventories ACTIVITIES PERFORMED: \- Organize and manage files; \- Digitize documents; \- Verify and control receipt of materials, such as bed linens, towels, cleaning supplies, maintenance consumables, etc.; \- Assist with registration in the hospitality system, service requests to the housekeeping department for room maintenance, closing of completed service requests, etc.; \- Place purchase requisitions for consumables/materials for the warehouse; \- Complete labor request spreadsheets; \- Assist with monitoring the entry and exit of minibar beverages (rooms and reception); \- Assist with bi-monthly linen inventories; \- Schedule supplier visits; \- Support daily verification of quantities, dispatch, and return of linens and towels sent to the laundry. \- Support quotation processes; REQUIREMENTS \- Completed high school education or currently enrolled in university \- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel) \- Work schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS \- R$1\.257,55\+ High Season Bonus \- Working hours: 08:00 AM to 02:00 PM \- Birthday leave \- Paid Attendance Program \- Meal Allowance \- Transportation Allowance WORK LOCATION: Cachoeira do Bom Jesus \- NORTH OF THE ISLAND Job Type: Permanent CLT, Temporary Salary: R$1\.250,00 \- R$1\.257,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
