We seek a **COST ANALYST** professional with strategic vision to elevate the standard of our financial structure. You will be a **key player** in supporting decision-making, identifying bottlenecks, and leading initiatives that maximize business profitability and efficiency. **Responsibilities:** * **Cost and Budget Management:** Lead annual budget planning, monitor variances, and ensure integrity of financial/accounting closing. * **Efficiency and Continuous Improvement:** Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive standardization and automation of processes to reduce rework. * **Strategic Analysis:** Develop scenarios, manage KPIs, and deliver management reports to support business area decision-making. * **Group Support:** Provide technical consulting to group companies and ensure compliance with governance and LGPD guidelines. **What You Bring:** * Education: Completed undergraduate degree (any field).
