**Responsibilities and Duties**
What will your responsibilities be at **LOG**?
* Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and project-specific requirements on construction sites.
* Conduct on-site inspections to verify conformity of executed activities.
* Identify and record non-conformities, notifying responsible parties and the site engineer.
* Prevent deviations and implement corrective actions.
* Report to corporate teams difficulties encountered in resolving identified issues.
* Manage the site’s databook, compiling and organizing technical documentation, ARTs (Technical Responsibility Statements), as-built drawings, and warranties.
* Contract and oversee soil and concrete technological control, ensuring compliance with standards and enabling release of work fronts.
* Conduct weekly audits to assess the effectiveness of quality and environmental processes.
* Perform field environmental inspections to ensure compliance with licensing conditions, waste management, and protection of sensitive areas.
* Monitor adherence to corporate procedures and company technical standards.
* Act proactively as the interface between construction sites and corporate departments on quality and environmental topics.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
We expect you to have:
* Experience as a quality focal point on construction projects and process control (ISO 9001, PBQP\-H, and similar).
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively, including direct interaction with construction teams.
* Organizational skills and attention to detail for collecting, analyzing, and recording information.
* Proactivity and commitment to continuous learning, supporting audit routines and process control.
