We are seeking a professional for the position of **Process Operator** *Desired Knowledge:* * \-Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety. * \-Experience in food handling. *Competencies:* * Organization and attention to detail. * Ability to follow instructions and standards. * Agility, responsibility, and commitment to quality. * Teamwork. *Requirements:* * Availability for a 44-hour weekly schedule\- on-site position * Technical course in food technology, chemistry, industrial production, or related fields is desirable. *Responsibilities:* * Check and separate raw materials according to production orders. * Accurately weigh ingredients according to technical sheets and established formulations. * Operate mixing equipment and syrup preparation tanks (including heating, agitation, * and parameter control). * Monitor and record process controls on forms or system. * Identify and report deviations in raw materials, process anomalies, or equipment failures. * Strictly follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene, cleaning, and food safety * regulations. * Perform cleaning and organization of the work area and used equipment. * Collaborate with internal and external audits when requested.
