Mentorship and technical development of the R&D team We are **Higex**, a reference in industrial hygiene technology, and we are seeking a **Senior R&D Analyst** to lead our innovation front in São José/SC. **Responsibilities:** * **Project Leadership:** Management of complex developments and deadlines. * **Innovation:** Research into new technologies and market trends. * **Technical Analysis:** Critical diagnosis of results and field testing. * **Mentorship:** Technical guidance and development of the R&D team. * **Strategic Interface:** Technical alignment with clients and suppliers. * **Continuous Improvement:** Optimization of formulas for performance gains. * **Compliance:** Ensuring adherence to regulations (ANVISA/MAPA). **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or related fields. * **Experience:** Prior experience in Product Research and Development, preferably in sanitizers, cosmetics, or industrial chemistry. * **Technical Competencies:** \* Proficiency in chemical formulations and microbiological control processes. **Hybrid work model, from 08:00 to 12:00 / from 13:30 to 18:00\.** Compensation: R$5\.000,00 \- R$6\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
