Description:
* Completed high school education;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Technical course in Chemistry, Food Technology, Pharmacy, Quality Management, or related fields;
* Or ongoing undergraduate studies in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields;
* Prior laboratory and analytical experience.
* Conduct inspections for line release (post-maintenance/cleaning), verifying equipment, areas, and documentation.
* Perform ATP testing and allergen analysis (per monitoring plan) to confirm cleaning effectiveness and proactively prevent cross-contamination.
* Conduct sensory analysis of the product during the release process, ensuring quality profile and compliance are maintained from the start of the batch.
* Evaluate and validate critical process control tests (e.g., scoop, density, average weight), ensuring the final product meets established quality specifications.
* Perform verification and proper control of samples designated for Quality Control (QC).
* Identify, record, and thoroughly describe non-conformities (e.g., cleaning failures, GMP deviations, production issues, etc.).
* Participate in the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions, contributing to continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and the Quality department.
* Assist in performing physical-chemical, microbiological, and sensory analyses, including proper sample preparation and handling.
* Contribute to the appropriate maintenance, cleaning, and immaculate organization of the laboratory, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
* Assist in creating and reviewing technical documentation for the department (procedures, work instructions), standardizing tasks and ensuring knowledge flow.
