Job Summary: Responsible for preparing sushi and recipes, organizing ingredients, cleaning fish, preparing rice, monitoring food expiration dates and inventory, as well as sanitizing utensils and maintaining the kiosk clean. Discounts at advantage clubs, supermarkets, and dental plans Job Description: * Prepare sushi; * Prepare recipes, organize and add ingredients (spices, fillings, herbs, seaweed); * Clean fish using specialized knives; * Prepare rice using an electric rice cooker; * Monitor food expiration dates; * Wash vegetables and sanitize utensils; * Fry food, cut fruits and vegetables; * Manage product inventory, receive and inspect incoming goods; * Keep the kiosk clean and organized, clean the buffet glass, workbench, and other utensils.
