Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for preparing sushi, organizing ingredients, cleaning fish, managing inventory, and maintaining the hygiene of the kiosk. Key Highlights: 1. A comprehensive range of benefits for employees and their families Job Description: * Prepare sushi; * Prepare recipes, organize and add ingredients (spices, fillings, herbs, seaweed); * Clean fish using specialized knives; * Prepare rice using an electric rice cooker; * Monitor food expiration dates; * Wash vegetables and utensils; * Fry foods, cut fruits and vegetables; * Manage product inventory, receive and inspect incoming goods; * Keep the kiosk clean and organized, clean the buffet glass, work counter, and other utensils.
