Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant for a hamburger restaurant, responsible for ingredient preparation, plating, and kitchen organization to ensure efficiency and quality. Opportunity to work as part of a team and enhance skills We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our hamburger restaurant shortly, responsible for preparing ingredients and menu items as well as maintaining kitchen organization, ensuring efficiency and quality. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plate and finalize dishes according to technical sheets and instructions from the chef/cook, adhering to house standards; * Perform daily *mise en place* and prepare ingredients/productions; * Assist with receiving and verifying goods; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workstation during and after shifts; * Collaborate with the team, ensuring effective communication during service; * Minimize waste by respecting portioning guidelines and safe reuse practices; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in hamburger restaurants and preparation of fried appetizers; * Training in Gastronomy, Butchery, or related fields; **We Offer:** * Market-competitive remuneration; * On-site meals; * Transportation allowance; Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) permanent position Compensation: R$1.900,00 – R$2.100,00 per month Work Location: On-site
