Focus on excellence in customer service and product presentation. **Job Description:** Responsible for leading bakery operations, ensuring production quality, sector organization, and team performance. Manage process control, product shelf life, hygiene, and production targets, guaranteeing excellence in customer service and presentation of items for sale. * Supervise the production and display of breads, pastries, pies, cakes, doughs, and savory items, maintaining quality and flavor standards. * Monitor product expiration dates, waste, and overstocking, ensuring optimal utilization of ingredients. * Organize and sanitize the workplace, adhering to sanitary and safety regulations. * Monitor sales and team performance, ensuring efficiency and courteous customer service. * Coordinate staff schedules, days off, working hours, and bakery team training. Work in compliance with hygiene, quality, safety, and technical procedure standards. **Requirements:**• Experience: Proven experience in bakery, bread-making, or pastry leadership required. * Preferred Qualifications: Training in baking, pastry, or food safety; expertise in fermentation and pastry processes. * Profile: Technical leadership, organizational skills, proactivity, operational oversight mindset, and commitment to team and workplace welfare.
