We are seeking a Production Assistant to join our team and contribute to the organization's continuous growth. **Production Assistant Responsibilities:** Assist in assembling components for aluminum windows and doors Prepare parts for assembly (e.g., gaskets and sealing tapes); Occasionally operate screwdrivers, drills, planers, riveters, and other hand tools; Assemble glass panels; Assist with loading and unloading products when necessary; Maintain clean and organized work areas and assembly benches; Comply with quality and occupational safety standards; Suggest new assembly methods to improve efficiency; **Desired Qualifications:** High school diploma (preferred) Experience in window/door assembly or carpentry (a plus) Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (preferred) **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
