Focus on quality, standardization, and architectural concept Description: What we expect from you: Prerequisites: Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Desirable: Experience in interior execution, carpentry, and decoration Desired Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in reading and analyzing interior construction drawings; negotiation and supplier management skills; attention to detail, aesthetic sense, and results orientation. Your day-to-day responsibilities: * Analyze interior construction drawings, sales showrooms, and furnished units to ensure technical compliance and adherence to the product concept. * Request adjustments and corrections to drawings upon identifying inconsistencies or opportunities for improvement. * Place and track purchase orders for all interior and landscaping items related to sales showrooms, furnished units, and developments. * Plan and oversee the execution of carpentry, interiors, decoration, and landscaping—ensuring deadlines, quality, and standardization. * Coordinate suppliers, service providers, and internal teams during environment setup and finalization. * Support leadership in budgetary control and execution scheduling. * Ensure final delivery complies with approved drawings, respects the architectural concept, and adheres to the company’s branding guidelines. 2512060202191849425
