





Furniture retail chain offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with technical knowledge of furniture assembly and team leadership skills. **Job Mission** \- Carry out external operational processes in the after-sales department and lead assembly teams, ensuring excellent service in furniture assembly and technical support, as well as promptly and efficiently addressing customer-reported issues. **Responsibilities** * Final measurement at the assembly site before sending the project to the factory * Receiving goods and verifying order items * Purchasing materials and supplies * Organizing the warehouse and checking inventory items * Organizing electrical materials and hardware * Monitoring assemblies (cleaning/organization) – on-site * Handling technical support requests * Reviewing technical details prior to assembly * Guiding assemblers on the standard assembly service procedures **Requirements** \- 2 years of experience leading furniture assembly teams. **Technical Skills** \- Knowledge of the PROMOB system \- Understanding of processes involved in assembling custom-designed furniture \- Leadership of operational teams **Behavioral Skills** \- Focus on resolving incidents \- Sense of urgency and prioritization \- Ability to handle problems and find solutions **Job Notes** CLT employment contract Working hours: Monday to Saturday (business hours) Salary: BRL 2,500.00 \+ 1% bonus on completed assemblies Average salary range: BRL 3,000.00 to 6,000.00 Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Pay: BRL 2,500.00 \- 5,000.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
