We are seeking a talented and committed professional to join our high-performance team and contribute to highly relevant projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor the adequacy and implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) for each project. * Collaborate with site engineering in developing and updating the PQP. * Develop monitoring plans for critical services not included in services controlled by the Quality Management System (QMS). * Collaborate with engineering/design teams to identify production process interferences caused by insufficient design detailing. * Propose improvements to product quality-related processes. * Monitor execution and release of controlled/critical services on construction sites. * Supervise QMS data recording processes, ensuring effective understanding and supervision of services. * Analyze and address Non-Conformities recorded in Service Verification Sheets (SVSs), forwarding corrective and preventive actions. * Identify and develop new service procedures and verifications according to each contract's specific requirements. * Ensure existing procedures comply with applicable standards and support continuous production improvement. * Deliver training on procedures to field workforce at construction sites. * Promote the Quality Policy among teams. * Collect and organize all documentation required for delivery of the project's Data Book. * Prepare the Project Use and Maintenance Manual in partnership with the Design department. * Develop checklists jointly with the client for project handover. * Manage processes for LEED certification, where applicable. * Participate in internal and external audits.
