The Tax, Accounting, and Financial Analyst works on tax, accounting, and financial bookkeeping processes, recording all Payables activity (e.g., invoices, bills, collections), ensuring correct classification and bookkeeping within the Management System, as well as contract management and alignment of required documentation related to internal company processes.
**Responsibilities and Duties** **Your day-to-day will include:**
* Monitoring receipt of Payables obligations (invoices, bills, collections, etc.) via e\-mails and auxiliary platforms;
* Verifying that documents are accurate and properly classified (CFOP, CNAE, withheld taxes, etc.);
* Recording documents (incoming invoices and service invoices, bills, etc.) in management and payment platforms (Domínio Sistemas, Sankhya, Payment Methods);
* Organizing and archiving documents digitally (invoices, contracts, payment receipts);
* Monitoring and responding to finance department e\-mails;
* Communicating with suppliers and partners when necessary;
* Entering and classifying Payables obligations in Management Platforms (with appropriate cost center allocation criteria) for subsequent payment.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **What is essential for this role:**
* Degree in Accounting Sciences (or currently completing the program);
* Organizational skills and attention to detail;
* Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn;
* Interest in customer service and problem-solving;
* Passion for delivering solutions to people. :)
**Desirable**
* Experience with Domínio Sistemas.

**Compensation:** R$3166.68;
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 (1h30\ lunch break);
**Employment Type:** Full-time / CLT;
**Work Location:** São José/SC (On-site).
