Job Summary: Infrastructure Analyst responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure, including monitoring, supporting, preventing, and resolving incidents, as well as administering networks and servers. Use of ITIL v3 or higher processes and best practices **INFRASTRUCTURE ANALYST** **ABOUT THE POSITION:** * Work Location: Florianópolis - SC * Working Hours: 08:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday * Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Maintain the IT infrastructure by performing monitoring, support, incident prevention and resolution, network and server administration, while contributing to information security and service continuity; * Provide support for implementation, preventive, or corrective actions according to severity and impact; * Perform diagnostics, evaluations, and environment tuning; * Manage the IT environment by conducting audits, log analysis, and daily monitoring of the overall IT environment status; * Apply ITIL version 3 or higher processes and best practices; * Open, track, provide information, engage in resolution activities, collect logs, perform necessary tests, and close tickets with technology infrastructure vendors and manufacturers; * Update documentation related to hardware and software inventory as well as data network topology; * Propose solutions or alternatives to unforeseen issues arising in business processes directly related to the services provided, or related to network and data protection, governance, and business continuity; **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Completed high school or undergraduate degree (in progress or completed) * Prior experience with infrastructure * LPI III certification * VMware Certified Professional 6.5 – Data Center Virtualization (VCP 6.5-DCV) or higher certification * Residency in Florianópolis - SC * Availability for on-call duty **PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS:** * Aruba Certified Switching Associate (ACSA) V1 or higher * Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP) V6.4 or higher * Project Management Professional (PMP) * Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Expert or higher * Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA): Windows Server 2012 or higher * Google Associate Cloud Engineer or higher * Zabbix Certified User (ZCU) or higher **BENEFITS:** * Meal Allowance - BRL 31.00 per working day; * Transportation Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Health Plan; * Dental Plan; * SESC Membership; * GoGood (gym membership plans) Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Education: Information Technology, Undergraduate Degree
