Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative and proactive professional with generalist HR experience to work in Recruitment & Selection (R&S), Training & Development (T&D), payroll processing, timekeeping, vacation management, benefits administration, and occupational safety. We seek a professional with generalist HR experience, primarily responsible for executing R&S processes, T&D activities, submitting data for payroll and electronic timekeeping closure, managing vacations and time banks, requesting benefits, and monitoring and ensuring compliance with occupational medicine and safety procedures (e.g., periodic medical examinations, mandatory training, etc.). #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Submitting data for payroll and electronic timekeeping closure; * Managing recruitment processes, from job requisition through the new employee’s probationary period; * Coordinating and tracking training programs; * Managing vacations, time banks, various types of leave, and benefits packages; * Ensuring implementation of occupational safety regulations at the site; * Preparing monthly performance reports; * Monitoring HR metrics to ensure achievement of planned targets; * Overseeing departmental processes to ensure compliance with required procedures and audit evidence. #### **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields; * Familiarity with RM Labore (Totvs) system is desirable; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. #### **Benefits:** Meal and food allowance; Mobility allowance; Life insurance; Total Pass (upon enrollment); Via Marconi health plan.
