Your place is here with us, transforming lives! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Disseminate, monitor, and ensure adherence to business rules, conducting qualified analyses that support tactical and strategic decisions of the Cooperative. * Prioritize, distribute, and validate analytical deliverables with the team, leading periodic rituals that ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with departmental priorities. * Translate data into clear narratives, structuring executive presentations that support strategic decisions and drive accurate actions. * Identify relevant business opportunities through statistical analyses, market studies, and trend analysis, contributing to the Cooperative’s expansion and competitiveness. * Conduct advanced analyses of patterns and behaviors in large volumes of data, transforming insights into applicable, high-impact solutions. * Development and Evolution of Analytical Solutions * Guide the development, enhancement, and validation of dashboards, KPIs, and analytical dashboards, ensuring clear, intelligent visualizations focused on decision-making. * Evaluate processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose technical and methodological enhancements aligned with industry best practices. * Act as a strategic partner in corporate projects, building data-driven solutions that amplify results and strengthen the Cooperative’s strategy. * Collaborate in defining departmental goals, objectives, and guidelines, connecting internal analyses, benchmarks, and market trends. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Advanced Microsoft Office suite. * Prior experience with Power BI and Analytics tools. **Preferred:** * Completed postgraduate degree in Data Science or related fields. * Education in Data Analysis and Data Science. **Additional Information** Meal/Voucher Allowance: R$ 2\.100,00 National Health Plan: For employees and dependents National Dental Plan: For employees and dependents Life Insurance: Includes coverage for dependents Transportation Voucher Day Off – One day off during your birthday month Extended Maternity/Paternity Leave \+ Gifts for new parents and babies Private Pension Plan PPR \- Profit Sharing Education Assistance Childcare/Babysitting Assistance Annual Flu Vaccination Campaign Anniversary Gifts Total Pass Zenklub We believe in purpose-driven work, where we can transform people and our community.
