Job Summary: Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on building installations, including pump systems, lighting, plumbing, electrical systems, and masonry, as well as assisting with general maintenance and recording consumption. Key Highlights: 1. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on various building systems. 2. Requires knowledge of painting, electrical, plumbing, and masonry. 3. Assists in performing area-related services, ensuring proper functionality. Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance activities based on checklists, verifying/inspecting the operation of pumps, water tanks, lighting, electrical panels, and general building equipment, carrying out necessary tasks and reporting detected issues to supervisors. Perform corrective maintenance in apartments, responding to simpler service requests (e.g., light bulb replacement, leak repairs, etc.). Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in executing area-related tasks, such as transporting tools, fastening parts, running cables, and other related duties. Read and record daily consumption of gas, water, and electricity. Clean the swimming pool (if applicable), including vacuuming, and measuring pH and chlorine levels.
