Carry out minor electrical, plumbing, and painting repairs. Ensure cleaning and maintenance of all areas and equipment. Maintain landscaping (mowing, weeding, planting) and safeguard company assets, always ensuring safe working conditions. Previous experience as a Cleaning Assistant, Building Maintenance Operator, General Services Helper, or Facilities Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. Completed elementary education required.
