If you are ready to embark on this journey with us, don't miss the opportunity to join a team that believes in the talent and dedication of each member. **Responsibilities and duties** As an Implementation Analyst (Properties), your activities will include: Managing the CRM (Piperun) so that all processes are delivered on time and efficiently; Updating and participating in CRM (Piperun) meetings; Maintaining the company's CRM (Piperun); Sending contracts and editing contracts, when requested, to collect property owners' signatures via CRM (Piperun); Managing the checklist for property onboarding; Communicating with the operations team; Preparing minimum item budgets; Updating checklists; Communicating Check\-in instructions to operations and the Reservation Center; Organizing Check\-in information for guests; Collecting access information from property owners, building managers, or condominiums for guest and Me2 team access; Registering properties on listing platforms; Registering properties on STAYS platforms; Updating and managing listings on OTAs; Setting up automated emails within OTAs; Updating linen inventory lists; Registering property calendars; Monitoring property listings on platforms; Performing property offboarding. **Requirements and qualifications** For this position, it will be important that you have: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Process Management, or related fields. Experience: Experience managing CRM systems, preferably Piperun or similar platforms; Process management; Customer service and communication.
