Our commitment is to technical excellence, transparency in all stages, and strict adherence to deadlines and current regulations. **Activities:** Manage the field team in installation and maintenance projects; Schedule installations with residents; ; Organize inspections prior to project execution; Direct communication with clients responsible for the project (condominium managers and residents); ; Assist in registrations and system configuration of meters; Provide customer service and respond to client inquiries regarding installations; Assist in the selection/purchase of parts for construction projects; Produce technical documentation and informational materials; Conduct alignment meetings with the commercial department; Assist in training the installation team; Be on standby in case of plumbing emergencies at client sites; Verify proper equipment operation in the field and use of PPE; Manage quality control of delivered projects; Monitor field installations when necessary; ; Assist in organizing construction projects and inventory of parts and materials; Define technical solutions for non\-standard installations; ; Conduct end\-of\-project meetings and control tools and materials used; Assist in managing maintenance of active systems; Produce project reports and post\-project follow\-up; Evaluate total project costs (parts, labor, materials, damages if any); Develop and implement procedural and process improvements focused on installations; Research training courses for the field team; Availability for travel within PR, SC, and RS. **Essential Characteristics:** Organization and planning Proactive problem solving Strong writing and oral communication skills Proficiency with Office tools **Desirable Characteristics:** Experience in team management Experience in project execution ; Knowledge of hydraulic installations **Job Details:** Salary: R$2\.800,00 (the company has a Career and Salary Plan).
