**Desirable Requirements:** * Previous experience in cleaning roles; * Organization, responsibility, and discretion. **Main Activities:** * Sweeping and mopping floors (party hall, corridors, entrance hall, garages, stairs, etc.); * Cleaning of glass, mirrors, doors, windows, and handrails; * Dusting furniture and surfaces; * Sanitizing common-use restrooms; * Removing trash from internal waste bins; * Communicating with the building attendant, superintendent, or responsible party to report needs, damages, or irregularities.
