If you want to grow professionally and help revolutionize healthcare, **join us!** **Responsibilities and duties** ### **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Logistics and Operational Support:** * Handle the **shipping, verification, and dispatch of collection kits** to clinics, laboratories, and patients. * Organize and maintain an updated **inventory control system** for laboratory materials, ensuring timely replenishment and integrity of supplies. * Organize and monitor the **reverse logistics of biological samples**, guaranteeing traceability and transportation safety. * Ensure correct identification, packaging, and preservation of shipped and received materials. #### **Customer Service and Relationship Management:** * Establish **proactive contact with staff and customers**, providing operational and logistical support, as well as clarifications regarding the collection process. * Follow up on post\-sale activities, resolving issues related to kits, tests, or laboratory procedures. * Keep all shipping, receiving, and customer relationship information updated in the company’s system (CRM/ERP). **Requirements and qualifications** #### **Education:** * Completed high school; * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree (preferably technical training in Clinical Analysis, Logistics, Biotechnology, or related fields). #### **Experience and Knowledge:** * Prior experience in **logistics for laboratory or hospital materials** is a plus. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility toward deadlines and critical procedures. * Proficiency in computer applications and CRM/ERP systems. * Strong communication and public service skills. #### **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity and sense of urgency. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Teamwork and collaboration with technical and commercial departments. * Ethics, responsibility, and care in handling materials. **Additional information** ### **Additional Information** * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Work location: Centro, Florianópolis * Work mode: On-site * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:48 GnTech is a genetics laboratory, specialized and leading in Pharmacogenetics.
