The professional will be responsible for identifying, planning, executing, optimizing, and interpreting alternative routes of biological synthesis using cellular systems such as CHO, HEK293, MDCK, Sf9, and in-house established cell lines. The focus will be on constructing and characterizing stable and/or transient cell lines, with direct application in strategic R&D projects in biotechnology. Among the main challenges of the position are: * Developing and improving cellular platforms for efficient production of complex proteins; * Integrating technical knowledge to overcome bottlenecks in expression, yield, and functionality; * Contributing to the production of biomolecules such as structural proteins, growth factors, monoclonal antibodies, and other industrially relevant compounds. The researcher will work in a highly multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with teams in molecular biology, cell culture, bioinformatics, purification, and protein analysis, aiming to integrate omics data and build robust expression pipelines.
