Maintain a clean and hygienic workplace **Job Description:** We are looking for a committed and experienced professional to produce bread, doughs, and savory snacks in our bakery. The baker will be responsible for planning and executing daily production with quality, creativity, and strict attention to hygiene and food safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute production of various breads, crackers, cookies, and general doughs. * Prepare and shape doughs according to recipes and store demand. * Prepare savory snacks and fillings in accordance with company standards. * Carry out fermentation, baking, and final quality monitoring. * Complete production requisitions and reports, inventory control, and raw material tracking. * Maintain a clean, hygienic workplace compliant with food safety regulations. * Focus on productivity, standardization, and excellence in serving internal customers. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Baker. * Completed high school education. * Knowledge of good hygiene and food handling practices. * Ability to work in a team, proactivity, and responsibility. * Must reside in Canasvieiras or nearby areas (North of Florianópolis Island). **Additional Information:** * Employment type: Full-time CLT or intermittent (freelance) * Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off * Working hours: 8-hour shift * Location: Magia Supermarket – Canasvieiras **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Basic food basket (after 3 months of attendance) * In-store purchase discount (after 3 months) * 13th-month salary * Vacation bonus * Hazard pay (if applicable) **Working Hours:** 8-hour daily shifts, with a 6x1 schedule.
