The Regional Offices division plays a strategic role within ACIF, responsible for expanding the association’s presence across neighborhoods and strengthening relationships with local entrepreneurs. It serves as a bridge between institutional strategy and regional execution, ensuring alignment, standardization, and value generation for members. **Job Mission** Coordinate regional office activities through leadership of the consultant team, ensuring that projects, initiatives, and decisions align with the institution’s strategic plan while safeguarding its brand, values, and purpose. Act as the liaison between the board of directors, institutional strategy, and local operations. Ensure delivery quality and alignment with organizational objectives. Promote dissemination of the institution’s mission, vision, and values across regional offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities** Coordinate the consultant team and monitor execution of departmental projects. Ensure results align with ACIF’s strategic objectives. Plan, organize, and distribute team tasks. Monitor regional initiatives and projects, ensuring consistency in deliverables. Track performance indicators and achievement of departmental targets. Participate in regional board meetings, contributing strategic guidance. Mediate conflicts and negotiations, preserving the institution’s image. Develop the team through feedback, alignment sessions, and identification of training needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Technical Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
