We are looking for an **Infrastructure Project Coordinator** to oversee the technical coordination of **highway, subdivision, and airport construction projects**. We seek an experienced professional with strong technical leadership skills and an integrated understanding of the disciplines involved in infrastructure projects. ;**Responsibilities:** Coordinate the development of infrastructure projects (highways, subdivisions, and airports); Manage timelines, scopes, and resources for multidisciplinary project teams; Serve as the technical liaison between clients and design teams; Ensure integration across various disciplines (geometry, drainage, earthworks, paving, signage, electrical, and structural); Review technical documents, engineering specifications, and reports; Support quality management and compliance with applicable standards. ;**Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Proven experience in **coordinating infrastructure projects**, especially **highways, subdivisions, and airports**; Technical knowledge of DNIT, ABNT standards, and applicable regulations; Strong skills in schedule management, team leadership, and technical coordination; Availability for **on\-site work in Florianópolis**. ;**Preferred Qualifications:** Postgraduate degree in Project Management or Infrastructure Engineering; Experience with public projects and large\-scale contracts; Proficiency in planning and project management tools. ;
