Job Summary: We are seeking an Infrastructure Project Coordinator to technically coordinate highway, land development, and airport construction projects, managing multidisciplinary teams. Technical interface with clients and design teams. We are looking for an **Infrastructure Project Coordinator** to provide technical coordination for **highway, land development, and airport construction projects**. We seek an experienced professional with strong technical leadership skills and an integrated understanding of disciplines involved in infrastructure projects. ### **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the development of infrastructure projects (highways, land developments, and airports); * Manage timelines, scopes, and resources of multidisciplinary project teams; * Conduct technical interface with clients and design teams; * Ensure compatibility among various disciplines (geometric design, drainage, earthworks, pavement, signage, electrical, and structural); * Review technical documents, specifications, and engineering reports; * Support quality management and compliance with applicable standards. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Proven experience in **infrastructure project coordination**, especially in **highways, land developments, and airports**; * Technical knowledge of DNIT, ABNT standards, and applicable legislation; * Skills in timeline management, team leadership, and technical interface coordination; * Availability for **on-site work in Florianópolis**. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in Project Management or Infrastructure Engineering; * Experience with public-sector projects and large-scale contracts; * Familiarity with planning and management tools. ### **Employment Type:** Contractor (PJ) ### **Benefits:** Birthday Day Off, gogood gym membership, English classes, Paid Leave, Education Allowance ### **Department:** Operations
