Coordination across multiple departments and budget control Description: What we expect from you: Prerequisites: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related fields. Desirable: Experience in construction projects, customer service, and/or customization processes within construction companies or real estate developers. Desired Knowledge and Skills: Ability to read and interpret architectural and complementary project documents; knowledge of construction materials and finishes; basic understanding of budgeting and cost control; proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel) and AutoCAD; familiarity with management software (ERP, Sienge, or similar) is desirable. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Overseeing the entire customization cycle for sold apartments—from request registration to completion of works. * Providing customer service, clarifying questions regarding the process, available options, timelines, and additional costs. * Assisting customers in selecting finishes, layouts, and other customization items, ensuring compliance with technical standards and the project’s descriptive memorandum. * Preparing and reviewing spreadsheets, reports, and tracking records related to customization requests. * Coordinating with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and Post-Construction departments to ensure technical feasibility and adherence to execution deadlines. * Conducting on-site inspections (where applicable) of customization work in units, verifying quality and compliance with agreed specifications. * Managing budgets, approvals, and billing related to requested customizations. * Ensuring timely updates to internal systems and documentation reflecting completed customizations. * Supporting the development and updating of manuals, option catalogs, and customization policies. * Ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to the company’s quality and service standards. 2512060202191849426
