We are seeking a **Quality Analyst** to support the dealership’s quality operations, with a **focus on the Royal Enfield brand**.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals wishing to **start or advance their career in the Quality field**, engaging in developing and monitoring processes, organizing information, and supporting the **RIDE Excellence Programs**.
You will work closely with teams, gaining hands-on experience in process standardization, performance indicators, and continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
Conduct internal audits of operational processes, tools, and customer service standards (sales and after-sales), ensuring compliance with requirements set by automobile and motorcycle manufacturers;
· Perform critical analysis and monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs), identify deviations, and propose corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives;
· Audit and monitor quality programs established by the manufacturer, ensuring achievement of targets, adherence to standards, and operational guidelines;
· Map, document, and update processes, operational routines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring standardization of the Quality Management System (QMS);
· Support implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the dealership’s Quality Management System;
· Lead continuous improvement initiatives (PDCA, 5W2H, and related tools) to promote operational efficiency and standardization;
· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality guidelines established by manufacturers and applicable authorities;
· Conduct critical process analysis and develop action plans to address non-conformities;
· Support external audits (by the manufacturer and certification bodies), ensuring proper organization of evidence and follow-up on action plans;
· Promote a culture of quality, standardization, and continuous improvement across all dealership departments.
**Desired Technical Profile**
* Bachelor’s degree **in progress or completed** in Administration, Quality Management, Engineering, or related fields.
* Initial experience or interest in Quality, processes, or administrative routines.
* Interest in learning about **excellence programs, standardization, and continuous improvement**.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (basic to intermediate Excel).
* Familiarity with quality tools is considered a plus, **but is not mandatory**.
* Knowledge of ISO 9000 is desirable.

Monday to Friday, from **8:00 AM to 6:00 PM**.

Compensation: R$4,000.00 per month
