Teamwork, organization, and commitment **Production Assistant – Assembly:** * Operate and assist in assembly operations; * Perform basic tasks including cutting, drilling, sanding, and preparation of metal parts; * Assist in assembling components and managing production flow according to production orders; * Sort, identify, and organize materials according to departmental requirements; * Internally move parts and products, ensuring process efficiency; * Strictly comply with safety, quality, and internal procedural standards; * Perform cleaning, organization, and basic maintenance of the production area. **Requirements:** * Experience or background in production, preferably in the metallurgical sector; * Basic knowledge of hand tools and measuring instruments (preferred); * Ability to work in a team, along with organizational skills, commitment, and responsibility; * Availability to start immediately; * Must reside in Palhoça or nearby region. **We Offer:** * Meal allowance; * Dental plan; * Birthday day off; * Safe and organized work environment; * Professional development opportunity; * Pharmacy partnership; * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 07:42 to 17:30, with a 1-hour break.
