Drafting of contracts and reports Villa Romana Shopping currently has an open selection process for a Marketing Administrative Assistant: **Requirements:** Experience with financial and administrative routines; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (pivot tables, charts, presentations, and reports); Strong written communication skills; Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Marketing, Accounting, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:00, with availability to support events as scheduled on weekends and/or during evening hours. **Responsibilities:** Carry out, organize, and plan the marketing department’s financial and administrative routines; Request quotations and formalize production order negotiations; Draft contracts, statistical reports, KPI reports, and post-event reports; Monitor project timelines and control marketing project costs; Support communication, event, and other departmental initiatives; Manage, inventory, and organize storage areas and materials.
