Committed to quality and customer satisfaction, it consistently strives to exceed expectations. **Responsibilities:** Support the kitchen brigade by performing food preparation tasks. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas and utensils. Organize equipment and ingredient deliveries. Assist with routine food preparation tasks (e.g., peeling and chopping vegetables). Aid in selecting vegetables, meats, fish, and cereals for food preparation and for stocking condiment dispensers at thermal counters. Complete the production spreadsheet whenever pre\-preparation activities are performed for served items. Adhere to all relevant sanitary surveillance regulations as stipulated in the restaurant’s food handling training course. And other duties inherent to the position. Previous experience as a Cook Assistant, Kitchen Helper, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this role. High school education in progress.
