If you are committed, responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and value high-quality results delivery, this position is for you! * Assist in developing and monitoring the production plan; * Collect daily production data and input it into systems (ERP/spreadsheets); * Support monitoring of raw material / packaging material inventory and work-in-process / finished goods inventory; * Assist in scheduling machines and equipment according to the timeline; * Support tracking deliveries and deadlines with suppliers and other departments; * Generate production performance reports and support deviation analysis; * Communicate with laboratory, procurement, warehouse, product processing, and quality departments to understand routines and propose process flow improvements aimed at increasing productivity and optimizing process and equipment time utilization; * Record production data in the system and maintain organized records. * Monitor laboratory processes to develop and track process indicators, identify bottlenecks, and jointly establish action plans with Production Management.
