




Job Summary: Professional to manage financial and administrative routines of the Marketing department, with focus on budgets, contracts, and monitoring of projects and events. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring of schedules and cost control for marketing projects **Requirements:** Experience with financial and administrative routines; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (pivot tables, charts, presentations, and reports); Ability to draft texts; Currently enrolled in or graduated from a degree program in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; Working hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 19:00, with availability to support events as scheduled on weekends and/or during evening hours. **Responsibilities:** Carry out, organize, and plan financial and administrative routines of the Marketing department; Request quotations and formalize negotiations for production orders; Draft contracts, statistical reports, performance indicator reports, and post-event reports; Monitor schedules and control costs for marketing projects; Support communication initiatives, events, and other departmental activities; Manage, inventory, and organize storage areas and materials. Preferred Qualification: experience with social media.
