This professional will play a key role in identifying improvement opportunities, implementing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** * Serve as the primary contact point between the automaker and the dealership. * Manage internal processes and monitor goal achievement. * Receive customer requests and forward them to managers for resolution. * Monitor team and dealership performance to ensure results. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree. * Experience in Customer Success. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the automotive sector or at dealerships. * Organized and proactive profile. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with a 1.5-hour break). * Alternate Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **Benefits** * Competitive salary + commission * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Discounts at nearby restaurants
