We are looking for an After-Sales Assistant to work at Dimas Ford. The professional will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving any issues and guaranteeing customer satisfaction through excellent service. **Responsibilities and duties:** Attend to and support customers during business hours, providing after-sales assistance to ensure customer satisfaction; Conduct after-sales follow-up, seeking customer satisfaction; Ensure the quality of services provided, following the standards established by the manufacturer; Perform service scheduling and record information in the company system; Handle workshop cash register operations (receiving payments, opening and closing the cash register); Work on continuous improvement projects for after-sales processes, always seeking to optimize service and customer experience; Resolve after-sales inquiries, problems, or complaints quickly and effectively; Support administrative tasks as determined by immediate leadership. **Technical Skills (Hard Skills):** High school diploma completed. Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing in Administration, Business Management, or related fields is desirable; Basic knowledge of Excel; Minimum 6 months of customer service experience; Experience in dealership environment will be considered a differentiator. **Behavioral Skills (Soft Skills):** Analytical profile with focus on processes; Good communication skills; Problem-solving ability; Organization; Proactivity; Focus on customer satisfaction. **Additional information:** Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM; 100% in-person.
