Technical Knowledge and Processes Tupia Operation: Using specialized milling cutters to bend and cut ACM without damaging the aluminum sheet; however, our company primarily uses a Router for most projects. Bending and Milling Techniques: Ability to mill the material (remove polyethylene) to achieve precise bends at 90º angles or others, maintaining panel integrity. Support Structure: Experience assembling metal structures (metal stud framing) to receive panels, ensuring flatness (avoiding “sagging”) and alignment. Fixation and Sealing: Knowledge of using high-adhesion double-sided tapes, PU (polyurethane) sealants for finishing, and appropriate screws to prevent incorrect thermal expansion. Initial salary R$ 4.000,00, increasing to R$ 4.800,00 after probation period. We offer productivity bonuses—earnings can reach up to R$ 6,000.
